This property, with its 10 acres of tranquillity, is perched on a secluded Knoll overlooking the magnificent Hawkesbury River.

Only one and a half hours from Sydney, it is the perfect sized retreat for businesses and groups to conduct conferences or meetings (mid-week or weekends) in a friendly, informal atmosphere. Small social groups also enjoy the location. It's the ideal venue for such special occasions as Weddings and Birthdays, where family and friends can also stay to share in the festivities.

A solid, consistent turnover of around $500,000 pa has been achieved over the last 20 years. This result has been achieved thanks, in part, to a high level of return custom.

The purpose built conference centre combines a beautiful and secluded location with the latest in conference facilities.

Accommodation is provided in twenty beautifully appointed lodges (with a total of 26 rooms) located around the grounds. The lodges are all in a natural bushland setting and most have a glorious view of the Hawkesbury River below. All cabins are air conditioned, have tea / coffee making facilities, bar fridge and ensuite bathrooms.

The country style meals in the Ferndale dining room are renowned and liquor can be B.Y.O or purchased at bottle shop prices.

Sporting facilities include an all-weather tennis court, swimming pool, games room, bike riding and canoeing on the Colo River. By arrangement, bookings are currently organised for water skiing, river cruises and horse riding.

Guests may go bush walking, stroll down country lanes, play golf at a nearby 18-hole golf course or explore by car the historic Hawkesbury Area. Or for those who like to totally `unwind', perhaps sitting on a sunny veranda overlooking the river, or lying under a tree in the beautiful garden with a good book.
