Wagga Wagga is a large provincial city of over 60,000 people (and growing!) is in the Riverina area of southern New South Wales, Australia.

It is centrally located in the city close to all amenities, major clubs, hospitals, shopping centres and the racecourse.

GUESTHOUSE

The guesthouse has nine single rooms with shared amenities and a further 3 rooms with their own bathrooms. A weekly tariff applies. The majority of these units are medium term tenants and the rooms are serviced weekly. There are 2 lounge rooms and a dining room/kitchen for these guests.

This brilliant accommodation business is easily operated by a couple as most of the lettings are to guests who stay from Monday to Friday and return home on the weekends. Some meals are currently served but not continuing this practise would not affect the occupancy of the business

SELF CONTAINED APARTMENTS

There are two serviced apartments, each two bedroom and fully self contained. The Apartments are complete with heating/cooling, lockup garage and located close to the main Guest House.

OWNERS ACCOMMODATION

The owners of this high income Guest House enjoy complete privacy in their own 3 bedroom full brick 1930's wing. The residence has a main sitting room, a formal lounge room and a formal dining room. In immaculate condition and featuring a sunny veranda and beautiful lead light windows it is only a 5 minute, level stroll to the main town centre.

Studio Rooms

There are three of these 4 star self contained Studio Rooms which are ideal for the mobile professional. They are adjacent to main building and have their own private entrance that also opens up onto a courtyard. Internet access and laundry/ironing facilities are available.
