Have you ever wished to live “off the grid” on 25 acres of paradise? This magical eco property produces its own electricity, harvests its own water and has been built to the highest environmental standards.

- This is a property with a difference which specialises in small group accommodation of between 15 and 34 guests as well as being suitable for couples and singles. It is a perfect retreat to create and learn, relax and rejuvenate in very peaceful bush surrounds.

- The buildings have been designed to maximise comfort by using passive solar energy, cross ventilation, thermal and acoustic insulation, wood heaters and fans. Underground water storage has been incorporated into the residence with a storage capacity of 63,000 gallons. The railway carriage is supplied from this source but each cabin has its own water tank supply. There is a DA for a further cabin.

- The cottage and cabins are open plan lounge and sleeping area with fireplace, fan, entertainment unit and a semi enclosed verandah.

- The restored vintage railway carriage has been turned into two self contained suites with full inventory and private verandahs.

- The property also includes a Healing Centre which is operated by qualified and experienced practitioners offering many different therapies including therapeutic and Swedish massage, cranio sacral therapy, pellowah healing and more.

- The Shed is a semi-enclosed rustic style venue decorated with fairy lights, hay bales and other implements which is used for casual lunches, workshops, meetings and parties.

- The business is now through the establishment stage and is well thought of with many repeat clients.
