"Studio 26" Bed and Breakfast provides boutique style accommodation and is located in the main street of historic Latrobe.

Having recently opened it's doors it has quickly gained a reputation for it's relaxing atmosphere and generous guest service.

The guest accommodation consists of 2 guest bedrooms with a large bathroom plus a comfortable guest lounge. The lounge leads out to the rear deck which takes advantage of the rural views and is perfect for those summer afternoon bbq's.

Across the courtyard there are extra rooms which have recently been used as an art gallery. These rooms could serve many different uses and as water and power are already connected could easily be converted for 2-3 extra guest rooms (STCA).

The owners’ area consists of 2 bedrooms, large central lounge and kitchen with gas cooking.

The property is situated on a large 1575sqm block which backs onto Kings Creek only a few hundred metres from it's junction with the Mersey River. The yard is adorned with fruit trees and a vegie patch.

Latrobe is a top location being the first stop for passengers after they disembark off the spirit of Tasmania.
