Overlooking St Georges Bay on the entrance to St Helens, Homelea Accommodation features 8 fully self contained apartments with an emphasis on being a family friendly complex.

7 apartments feature 2 bedrooms and have various bedding arrangements to cater for all types of client needs. An eighth unit features 1 bedroom.

Most of the apartments have been tastefully decorated and refurbished with modern fittings and there is a large play area for the kids to enjoy.

Sitting on 3 titles with a total land area of 3352 sqm, there is ample room for expansion of the business and future development STCA.

Homelea Accommodation enjoys good all year round business and is easily operated by a couple.

The present set up doesn’t include owner/mangers’ accommodation, however one of the units could easily be converted.

St Helens is the largest town on the north-east coast with a population of about 3,500 (up to 15,000 during peak season). The town is known as the game fishing capital of Tasmania, and each March the St Helens Game Fishing Classic is the highlight of the year for locals and an increasing number of interstate visitors.
