There are fantastic views over Western Port Bay, Phillip Island, and the mainland. Commanding views of French Island, including beaches and coastal hinterland, woodlands, private wetlands, hills and grassy plains.

Located just 1 hour from Melbourne, but a century from the stress of modern life. The property boasts the best site on French Island (Victoria’s largest island), although it would require quite a bit of work to bring the dwellings on the 16 acres up to scratch.

The purpose built Guest House (c. 1980), with wind power, solar power and rainwater systems (say goodbye to electricity bills and water rates) is ideally suited to short stays from Melbourne which is only an hour away.

It is currently licensed as a Guest House, with liquor license and café.
