Hospitality Property Brokers was born of the respected and successful company "Lifestyle Bed and Breakfast Sales".  This business was focused purely on the lifestyle buyer mainly leaving the capital cities to enjoy a sea or tree change.

As we expanded it became clear that a lot of cashed up lifestyle buyers were also interested in other types of hospitality businesses; everything from motels to caravan parks, resorts to restaurants.  We adapted accordingly and re-branded as HPBrokers.

We are still very proud of our Lifestyle Bed and Breakfast Sales heritage and, more that ever, carry an experience in the sale of bed and breakfast style property that can't be matched in the industry.

We set our standards beyond reproach as is illustrated in our company motto 'Integrity, Service, Results'. For the HPBrokers team these are values we adhere to regardless of pressure, and they are values we are proud of.

  • 1967 - 1978 Stock and Station Agent
  • 1978 - 1984 Co-founded and Chairman of the Asset Realty chain of agencies; Sydney North Shore’s largest independent estate agency
  • 1984 - 1986 Built, operated and sold Kirrabilli Cafe; a successful restaurant and cafe near the Sydney Harbour Bridge
  • 1988 - 1996 Designed, constructed, operated and sold Berrima Lodge; the first purpose built B&B in the Southern Highlands of NSW
  • 1991 - 1993 Member of the Southern Highlands Accommodation Association management board
  • 1995 - Present. Started up and acted as managing director of Lifestyle B&B Sales which has evolved into HPBrokers.

Hospitality Property Brokers is the combination of Neill's two loves; Real Estate marketing and the hospitality industry. His many years in Real Estate agency practice together with many years in accommodation management and hospitality give him the edge that a specialist needs. That edge is experience.

As accommodation operators, his clients can deal with confidence knowing that years of hands on experience come with him to ensure the best result possible when it comes time to sell their properties or businesses.
